It’s sweet and achieves the perfect pH level after filtering through miles of volcanic rock before ending up in 15 springs in Beaver. Our cattle are grass fed, ethically raised, and never given hormones or antibiotics — the way beef should be.

When looking for a pleasant eating experience, you want flavor, texture, and tenderness. Raising cattle on pasture adds an immense amount of flavor to beef. Generally, grass-fed beef is a healthier option than grain-fed beef. Pound for pound, it has less total fat, and therefore fewer calories. Several studies have proven that grass-fed beef has superior nutritional advantages over corn-fed beef. This includes higher levels of heart-healthy omega-3 fatty acids, conjugated linoleic acid (CLA), and cancer-fighting antioxidants. Plus, compared to grain-fed beef and commercial chicken, grass-fed beef has one of the lowest amounts of fat per 3-ounce serving.
Black Angus
Black Angus beef is delicious and popular. It's known for its fine marbling, which typically makes it more tender, juicy, and flavorful than beef from most other breeds of cattle.
Red Devon
Red Devon beef performs well with a grass-fed diet, resulting in wonderfully marbled yet lean beef. Devon beef is more flavorful than other breeds thanks to the balance of fat and meat.
